1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is RaceMetrics ("the Promoter"), operated by Proform Racing Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 04068885 and with our registered office at 1-3 St. Anne's Place, Halifax, West Yorkshire HX1 5RB. Our main trading address is Proform Racing Limited c/o Torevell Dent, 1-3 St. Anne's Place, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 5RB. Our VAT number is 880438900.

2. The Competition

RM7 is a free-to-enter, skill-based weekly competition in which participants accumulate points over a defined weekly period. Winners are determined by ranking on a leaderboard, based on points earned through participant selections and performance during the competition period.

This competition is not a lottery and no element of payment or purchase is required to enter or participate.

3. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise stated.
• By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

4. How to Enter

• Entry is free of charge.
• Participants must register for a RaceMetrics account and take part in RM7 during the weekly competition period.
• No purchase, subscription, or payment of any kind is required to enter or compete.
• Only one entry per person per competition week is permitted.

5. Skill-Based Nature of the Competition

RM7 is a skill-based competition. Points are awarded based on participant selections and outcomes over the course of the week. The use of knowledge, judgement, and analysis materially affects results.

Chance alone does not determine the outcome.

6. Competition Period

• Each RM7 competition runs on a weekly basis.
• The start and end time of each competition week will be displayed on the RM7 page.
• Scores are final once the competition period ends.

7. Scoring and Leaderboard

• Points are accumulated during the competition week according to the RM7 scoring rules in force at the time.
• A live leaderboard may be displayed for informational purposes.
• The Promoter's calculation of points and rankings is final.

8. Prizes

Weekly prizes are awarded to the top-ranked participants at the end of each competition week.

Current prize values are:

• 1st place: £25
• 2nd place: £15
• 3rd place: £10

Prize values may be changed by the Promoter at any time, but changes will not affect competitions already in progress.

9. Ties

If two or more participants finish with equal points, the prize for the tied positions will be shared equally.

No additional tie-break mechanism will be applied unless stated otherwise.

10. Winner Notification and Prize Payment

• Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their RaceMetrics account within 5 working days of the competition ending.
• Winners may be required to provide valid UK bank details to receive payment.
• Prizes will be paid by bank transfer within a reasonable timeframe after verification.

11. No Purchase Necessary

• Entry into RM7 is not linked to any paid RaceMetrics subscription.
• Subscribing to paid services does not improve a participant's chances of winning RM7.
• Paid subscriptions provide access to additional tools and features only.

12. Fair Play

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any participant suspected of abuse, manipulation, or unfair conduct.
• Suspend or terminate accounts found to be breaching these Terms.

All decisions made by the Promoter regarding eligibility, scoring, and results are final.

13. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
• Winner usernames or display aliases may be published on the RaceMetrics website or leaderboard.
• Bank details are collected solely for prize payment purposes and are not retained longer than necessary.

14. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• Technical failures, website downtime, or data transmission errors.
• Loss of entries due to technical issues outside the Promoter's control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes and Cancellation

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel RM7 where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Any changes will be communicated on the RaceMetrics website.

16. Complaints

Any complaints regarding the competition should be submitted via the RaceMetrics contact details. Complaints will be reviewed fairly and promptly.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
