RaceMetrics now lets you track any horse across upcoming race cards by saving it as a pattern. Once saved, the platform alerts you automatically whenever that horse is declared to run, surfacing it at the top of your A-to-Z list of entries.
How to use it
Start on the Horses dashboard and search for any horse by name. Open its profile to view its RaceMetrics Rating, record, strike rate and level-stakes profit across its race history.
Navigate to the Patterns tab and select "Save Current View as Pattern". Confirm the horse name, add a note to record why you're tracking it (for example, "consistent each-way, strong on a sound surface"), then save.
The platform automatically monitors upcoming race declarations. When your saved horse is entered to run, RaceMetrics flags it with a purple "Pattern Matches Found" banner in your A-to-Z list. Click Show All to see every horse you're tracking, ranked at the top with their pattern details expanded.
The benefit
Build a personal list of horses to follow without manually checking race cards. RaceMetrics handles the monitoring and alerts you the moment any of them are declared.
