Pattern Manager: Capture and Track Your Profitable Angles

The Pattern Manager lets you save betting angles you discover and automatically alerts you when similar conditions appear on upcoming racecards. Instead of manually checking whether a trainer's course form holds up or a sire's progeny performs at certain distances, the Pattern Manager monitors for you.

How It Works

When you're browsing a profile page — a trainer, jockey, sire, owner, or horse — and spot a profitable angle, click "Save Current View as Pattern". The system captures all your active filters as conditions: the specific participant, course, distance range, race class, going conditions, and odds range. Those conditions become your pattern's matching rules.

From then on, whenever a race matches your pattern's conditions, you'll receive an alert. You don't need to dig through the racecard yourself.

Monitor Your Patterns at a Glance

The Pattern Manager dashboard shows four summary cards: total patterns saved, how many are currently active, average ROI across all patterns, and the number of different participant types you're tracking.

Each saved pattern displays its performance since you created it: number of runs, wins, strike rate, profit/loss, and ROI. An active toggle lets you pause any pattern without deleting it.

Organise Your Library

As your pattern collection grows, use the filters to stay organised. Filter by participant type (trainers, jockeys, sires, and more), show only active or inactive patterns, and sort by newest first, best ROI, most runs, or alphabetically.

What Patterns Can Capture

Patterns are flexible. They can track a single trainer's record at a particular course within a distance range, a sire's progeny in specific race classes, a jockey's performance on certain going conditions, or any combination of filters you consider predictive.

Each pattern card shows its conditions clearly, so you always know what triggers an alert.
